Shipping Policy – Senora Wardrobe
At Senora Wardrobe, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your items will be delivered.
All customized orders take approximately 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the design. Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that processing times do not include Sundays or public holidays.
We offer shipping all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners such as TCS and postex. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
We also offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders are dispatched using reputable services like DHL or Skynet, and delivery may take 7 to 14 business days, excluding processing time. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. Senora Wardrobe will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
During peak seasons such as Eid, wedding season, or special sale events, there may be slight delays in processing and delivery due to high demand. If you require urgent delivery, we encourage you to contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request, and additional charges may apply for express service.
